What type of payment do you accept?

Are there any discounts if I pay annually?
We offer 2 months discount when you pay annually.

How long does it take to setup an account after I order?
Orders are processed immediately after you complete payment. Depending on the accuracy of your information, time of day, and our workload, your order will be filled anywhere from minutes to 12 hours. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.

Can i upgrade hosting package later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime and pay the difference between 2 hosting plans. It takes minutes to complete upgrade. Upgrade does not affect operation of existing websites.

Do I get root access to the server?
You do not get root access to the server when using shared and reseller hosting service. You will will have full root access when having your own dedicated server.

Can resellers create sub-resellers?
Our windows reseller plans and cpanel business reseller plans allow you to create sub-reseller accounts. You can also resell our reseller plans at a marked up rate. We setup new hosting account and email you account details which you send to your client.

What is your standard PHP configuration?
All of our Windows and Linux hosting plans support PHP 5.3 & MySQL5 with Zend Optimizer and Ioncube Loader. PHP on Linux servers uses mod_security and Suhosin to increase security.

I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my accounts?
We can provide transfer assistance for up to 30 hosting accounts free if you are hosted on a cPanel server. After your account is activated, please upload cPanel backup file to our server then we will restore hosting account for you free of charge.

Where are your servers located?
Our servers are hosted in World class data centers in Los Angeles, Chicago and UK. Customers can request new hosting account to be activated in specific data center.

Legal adult content is allowed on our servers. For more information regarding acceptable usage, please read our Terms of Service.

Do you provide support directly to my end user?
We provide end user support only on selected plans. If you are not contracted through us for end user support than you are responsible for your client's support. If you don't know the answer to a support question, you can contact us 24/7 for the answer and relay it to your customers.

Do you provide billing to my clients?
We provide you with the web space, bandwidth, and other hosting related features. You are responsible for billing, and support to your end user.
